This month, we celebrated America's independence day. We live in one of the most free countries in the world. So many of us left our birth country to come and live in this land, for the great freedom it provides. Here in the United States of America, as long as we don't hurt our fellow man, we can practically do anything we want.

However, as I observe the people around me, I see a lot of inhibition and reservation to do what they want to do. It's almost like they need someone else to approve what they want to do or join them in doing what they want to do before they have the courage to do it. The thing is, what is tagging on their heart might not be the same thing for others. I love dancing. Don't be surprised if you see me dancing in the isle at Whole Foods Market while doing my grocery shopping, if the music happens to move me. The way I look at it is, this moment is my life, and if I want to embrace the moment and live in it, I am going to do just that. 

 

Life is short so embrace each moment. Go and do what your heart desires. Do you want to learn how to do the Waltz, Tango or Salsa? Go for that. Do you want to travel the world and see the wonders of the world? There is so much to do and to see in this world. Enjoy every moment. Carpe diem!
